Shipping policy

Free UK Delivery

We offer free standard shipping on all orders to the UK and United States. No minimum order required.

Dispatch
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been sent.

Delivery Times
United Kingdom: 3–7 business days after dispatch
United States: 7–14 business days after dispatch

All orders include tracked delivery. Use your tracking number to monitor your shipment.

Delays
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delays may occur during peak periods or due to circumstances outside our control (customs, carrier delays, public holidays). If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, contact us and we will investigate.

Lost Parcels
If your tracking shows delivery but you have not received your order, contact us within 14 days and we will open an investigation with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund if required.

Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Contact us immediately at support@lunvaneliving.com if you need to amend your address before dispatch.
