Refund Policy

We want you to love your Lunvane blanket. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward 90-day returns policy.

Returns
You may return your item within 90 days of delivery for a full refund, no questions asked. Items must be unused and in their original condition. We do not cover return postage unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item.

To start a return, email us at support@lunvaneliving.com with your order number and we will send you instructions within 1 business day.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us at support@lunvaneliving.com within 14 days and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you. Please include a photo of the issue.

Exchanges
If you would like a different colour, contact us before returning your item and we will do our best to arrange an exchange subject to availability.
