Pack and Post
We will send you a prepaid return label. Pack your blanket securely and drop it at any post office.

Faulty or Damaged?
If your blanket arrives damaged or develops a fault within 90 days, we will replace or refund it at no cost — including return postage. Just email us and we will sort it immediately.
